Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Tradewind Ops LLC (“we”), which operates Fullchair. By using Fullchair or fullchair.ai you agree to them.

The service

Fullchair gives barbers a booking line and tools to manage appointments. Fullchair is currently in a pilot. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted while we improve it.

Barbers and shop owners

• You are responsible for the services, prices and policies you set, and for the cuts themselves.
• You may only add clients you have a real relationship with. You may not use Fullchair to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
• You keep ownership of your client information. You give us permission to use it to run the service for you.

Clients

Bookings are made with your barber, not with us. Your barber's cancellation and deposit policies apply. Text messages are covered by our SMS terms.

Automated replies

Replies from the booking line may be written by an AI system. We design it to use only the barber's real schedule and prices and to hand off when unsure, but it can make mistakes. The barber's schedule is the final word on any booking.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no spam, no harassment, no attempts to access other people's information, and no interfering with how the service runs.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is” during the pilot. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
