SMS terms
Fullchair is a booking service for barbers, operated by Tradewind Ops LLC (“Fullchair”, “we”). Each barber who uses Fullchair gets a booking phone number (the “booking line”). These terms explain the text messages the booking line sends.
What the booking line sends
- Replies to your questions about times, services and prices.
- Booking confirmations, changes and cancellations.
- Appointment reminders, and a link to share your arrival time if you choose to.
- If you agree to them: reminders when you are due for your next cut, and offers of open slots with your barber.
How you opt in
You opt in by texting a barber's booking line first, or by checking the unchecked text-message box when you book on a Fullchair booking page. Consent to texts is never a condition of booking or of buying anything. The first automated message you receive confirms how to opt out.
How often
Message frequency varies with your bookings, usually a few messages per appointment. Message and data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages from that booking line. You will get one message confirming you are opted out and nothing after it. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@fullchair.ai.
Your number stays private
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share it only with the service providers that deliver messages and run the service for us. See our privacy policy.
Sample messages
- “Hey Marcus. Jay has 5:00 or 5:30 tomorrow. Which one works?”
- “Locked in: haircut with Jay, Fri 5:30, $35. Reply M to move or C to cancel. Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Reminder: your cut with Jay is today at 5:30. Reply M to move.”
